Municipality of Forio

In the western part of the island of Ischia, the country surrounded by the sea throughout the sinuous extension; surrounded by verdant plains; backed by the mountain which is seated on the hills in the most voluptuous and comfortable posture, flanked by two current volcanic, one to the north, the other south; that country is called Forio capital of the district.
